  The remainder of May and the beginning of June are quite a good time for
  visiting Tokyo, as the weather is mild, but not yet hot and humid as in
  the summer months. From the middle of June, the rainy season (tsuyu)
  visits most parts of Japan. While it does not rain every day, the weather
  tends to be overcast and dreary. The duration and intensity of the rainy
  season can very quite strongly from year to year.

  The monetary unit is the Japanese Yen (JPY).
  You can use your credit cards (especially JCB, VISA, and Master card)

  store in Japan. However, some of the small gift shops, kiosks, small
  restaurants etc... do not accept your credit cards, and TC.
  You have to pay by cash.

   How to get to venues
   
  Narita International Airport is located about 100 kilometres from the
  center of Tokyo. We do not recommend that you travel with a taxi to
  the venues.

   Attention
  Workshop and ISO TC159/SC4/WG9 meeting will be held in the different
  place! The venue of Workshop is Aoyama Gakuin University, at Shibuya,
  the venue of ISO TC159/SC4/WG9 meeting is Tokyo University of
  Science, at Kudan.

  We recommend the optimal way for getting Aoyama Gakuin University.

  Route 1 : Using bus and train
    Take a limousine bus to T-CAT (Hakozaki) from Narita International
    Airport. Take a few minutes walk to Suitengu Station, and take a
    Hanzomon Line (Tokyo Metro) to Omotesando Station. Take 5 minutes
    walk to Aoyama Gakuin University.

  Route 2 : Using 3 trains
    Take a Narita Express to Tokyo Station from Narita International
    Airport. Change train to the Marunouchi Line (Tokyo Metro).
    Take off the train at Ginza Station, and transfer to the Ginza Line
    (Tokyo Metro). Take off the train at Omotesando Station, and take
    5 minutes walk to Aoyama Gakuin University.

  Route 1 : Using bus and train
    Take a limousine bus to T-CAT (Hakozaki) from Narita International
    Airport. Take a few minutes walk to Suitengu Station, and take a
    Hanzomon Line (Tokyo Metro) to Kudan Station. Take a 30 seconds
    walk from exit number 1 of Kudan Station, then you can get Tokyo
    University of Science.

  Route 2 : Using 3 trains
    Take a Narita Express to Tokyo Station from Narita International
    Airport. Change train to the Marunouchi Line (Tokyo Metro).
    Take off the train at Otemachi Station, and transfer to the
    Hanzomon Line (Tokyo Metro). Take off the train at Kudanshita
    Station, and take a 30 seconds walk from exit number 1, then you
    you can get Tokyo University of Science.

  Route 3 : Using 2 trains
    Take a Narita Express to Tokyo Station from Narita International
    Airport. Change train to the Chuo Line (JR Line). Take off the
    train at Ochanomizu Station, and transfer to the Sobu Line (JR Line)
    (same platform), and take off the train at Iidabashi Station.
    Take 7 minutes walk to Tokyo University of Science.
